Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an authorised client contact. The effective date of cancellation will be considered from the date the written request is received and acknowledged.
Work already completed, committed third-party costs, or resources allocated up to that point may still be chargeable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated based on the nature of the service, project stage, effort already delivered, and any non-refundable third-party or licensing costs involved.
Custom development, setup work, consultation, and partially delivered milestones are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing period.
